As patients’ access to healthcare remains important to us, we continue to bulk bill the following groups for the majority of our services:
- Patients under 16 years
- Patients 65 years and over
- Pension/Concession Card Holders
- Veterans’ Affairs Card Holders
Preventative health is pivotal to improving long-term health. The following services are bulk billed for all Medicare Card Holders:
- GP Management Plans, Team Care Arrangement, and Care Plan Review
- Health Assessments under MBS/Medicare
- GP Mental Health Treatment Plans & Reviews
- Childhood Immunisation
- Influenza (Flu) Vaccinations
- Covid-19 Vaccinations

Please Note: Telehealth Consultations are available for patients who have previously attended the practice in the preceding 12 months period.
Procedure
There may be additional costs for specific procedures including Implanon insertion/removal, iron infusion, cryotherapy, ECG, minor surgery such as skin cancer management, removal of skin lesions, biopsies, and suturing of cuts and lacerations. Please ask our reception for the respective fees or discuss them with your doctor during your initial consultation.
Making Payment and Getting the Medicare Rebate
Payment of your consultation is required at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. If you have registered your banking details with Medicare, our receptionists will be able to process your medical claim on the spot. This saves you the hassle of a separate claim process and ensures the Medicare rebate arrives in your account quickly. Due to Medicare laws, we are not able to accept the gap payment only.
